For everyone on this list goes that I have made SEVERAL attempts to contact them and to get my owed items from them, but without any positive result. There is NO excuse for their behaviour, and every single one of them truly deserves a place here in this section and in front of an firing squad!!!
By all means avoid these scumbags unless you are intending to harm them in ANY way possible! Any proof of serious physical damage done to any of these worthless pieces of shit will be rewarded with vinyl from these vaults!!!
Raul & Roberto Guiñez C. of Ironfist Kommando - CHILE
After a long time of extreme patience I decided to add Ironfist Kommando to this execution list. In March 2005 I arranged a trade with one of the label owners, Raul and immediately sent him the material we had agreed on. After a long time of getting nothign from him, I got in touch with the other label owner Roberto and explained the situation to him. he said he would speak to Raul about this, but I never got anything from him except a lot of empty explanations. First he said Raul was going to send the stuff (after he already sent me a mail telling me it had been sent!) and later he suddenly told me about how Raul left the label and ripped off other people too. I said to him that since he was involved with the label as well he should send me the 34 tapes tapes owed to me and all would be fine between me and him (Roberto). In the last mail he said the stuff would be sent the same day and that he would provide me with a tracking number of this package.
Since then weeks have passed (and almost a full year since I first sent my package) and no package has been received and now all my mails are being neglected.
Other people have told me he is a rip-off and at some point a flyer was circulating which I will take great pleasure in spreading further here:
Tobbe Fällström of Metal Fortress/Near Dark Productions - SWEDEN
Here is a new one. After being patient for more than 1½ years, I finally decided to add this "person" to my rip-off section. Already 1½ years ago Tobbe announced the forthcomng release of Sigh's "Imaginary Soniscape" album on 2LP. I wrote him and we agreed on a partial trade/partial wholesale. This vinyl relese was scheduled to be out soon, so I sent him my stuff (records and money). Ever since then this release has "officially" been delayed for a lot of reasons, but after 1½ years I am tired of waiting to ever receive anything from this person. The only thing I ever got was a ton of lame excuses, and lately I also heard from other people who were ripped off by him, so do not deal with this guy!
